1. Planning is free
You can design and change your itinerary on this website without paying. Prices shown while you plan are estimates based on live hotel rates and our experience prices; they are confirmed only in your proposal.
2. Your request and our proposal
When you send your journey to our travel designers, nothing is booked or charged. We check availability with hotels and hosts and send you a proposal with confirmed prices, usually within 48 hours. You can accept it or ask for changes.
3. Accepting and paying
Accepting a proposal sends your approval to our team. It does not authorise or charge a card, or automatically book a hotel. Our team arranges payment and bookings with you under the conditions provided with your confirmed proposal. [to complete: approved deposit amount, balance deadline and payment conditions].
4. Cancellations and changes
- Hotels: each hotel’s cancellation terms are shown in your proposal. Refundable rates can be cancelled free of charge until their deadline; non-refundable rates cannot be refunded once booked.
- Experiences and transfers: [to complete: cancellation policy for experiences and transfers].
- Our deposit: [to complete: whether and until when the deposit is refundable].
5. Travel details
Flights, meals, city taxes paid locally and personal travel insurance are not included unless your proposal says so. Please check passports, visas and health requirements for your trip.
6. Liability and complaints
[to complete: liability, package travel rights under EU Directive 2015/2302 and the Italian Tourism Code, complaints procedure]
7. Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. [to complete: competent court / consumer forum]
