Recommended by Lonely Planet, this immersive 3-hour hands-on cooking class takes place in a picturesque trulli hamlet just 2 km from Alberobello. Guided by a local chef, guests learn to make handmade orecchiette, Barese focaccia, and traditional tomato sauce using organic, seasonal garden ingredients. The experience concludes with a full homemade lunch or dinner paired with local Primitivo wine, regional cheeses, and taralli.
